In April of 2005, interviewed Cycle 4’s Lluvy Gomez following her appearance on the show. The interview discusses her experience on Top Model, how she auditioned and her plans for the future. Here is the text from the article (written by “Admin”):

Interview with Lluvy From America’s Next Time Model

How did you come to be on America’s Next Top Model?

Lluvy: “I have always been a huge fan of the show and have always wanted to be a model, but was always too much of a dork. I was in Kansas in June and saw a commercial on TV for America’s Next Top Model so I decided to try out. I made it through the first rounds and went to Houston, then to the semi finals and on to the show.”

Have you always wanted to be a model?

Lluvy: “Yes, always. My dad died when I was three and my mom told me that my dad had always wanted me to be a famous model. So I went to some modeling schools when I was twelve and learned how to walk, and participated in runway and hair shows.”

How do you think your ANTM experience will change your future?

Lluvy: “I am hoping that the publicity will help me. I am eager to work so I am excited about the future.”

What advice would you give to aspiring models trying out for the next season of ANTM?

Lluvy: “Just be yourself. The judges seem to know everything so if you are trying to be something you are not they will pick it up. Pick up a fashion magazine like “W” to learn a little. Just be comfortable in the clothes you pick, I went in the dress and I am very fortunate Tyra let me change into boots and jeans.”

Is there anything you saw that your competition did well or something you learned not to do because of another example?

Lluvy: “Kahlen and Naima pose real well. They seem to come out of themselves for the shoots, that is something that I learned from them.”

Knowing what you know now, would you do it all again?

Lluvy: “Yes. I gained a lot of friendships and met some amazing people. Also all the experiences were incredible and learned so much. one thing I would do different would be to study in front of the mirror more.”

Sometimes it’s hard to become friends with the competitors, did you find that true? If  so, which contestant did you clash with most and why?

Lluvy: “Kahlen, Brita, Noelle, Rebecca and Tiffany were some of the other girls I really bonded with, though I loved them all. I pretty much got along with everyone because I am pretty realistic and just had fun.”

What was your favorite part of the show?

Lluvy: “Going to the amazing places in Los Angeles.”

What was your worst part of the show?

Lluvy: “Watching myself on TV. Also getting up at 4-6 AM everyday was pretty exhausting.”

Do you normally watch Reality shows?

Lluvy: Yes, I am a fan of America’s Next Top Model and in general I love reality shows.”

What are your future plans?

Lluvy: “I am going to start looking for an agent. I am very eager to work and I want to be on a runway. I have a wedding planned in November in Modesto, but plan to move to Los Angeles in the next few months.”
