Norelle Van Herk was a contestant on Cycle 3 of ANTM.
As a finalist on America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 3, Norelle was the only competitor among the fourteen girls who came into the competition with braces on her teeth. Her braces were removed as a part of her makeover for the show.
Although her overall performance was impressive, her blunders in the Tokyo photo shoot and her difficulty walking on the runway were what compelled the judges to make Norelle the ninth contestant to be eliminated. Her photo shoot for T-Mobile went well, but was not well enough to keep her on the show for another week.
Norelle was able to attain considerable success as a model after her appearance on America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 3. She received contracts from NOUS models and Dream Models in Asia, and working with these agencies were beneficial as she was able to book numerous advertisements. However, Norelle eventually decided to leave the fashion industry temporarily in order to pursue her education.

Norelle, I’m Charlie Eric. Hope you’re going to like this one.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

I know Mr. Jay wanted Ann to leave. She should have at LEAST been in top three with Amanda and Eva. Yaya was not personable. she was okay, but only had two good shots.

Doesn’t she look like the chick Anya from Degrassi?

Gorgeous girl. One of my faves, and in my opinion, the most underrated girl in the history of antm. She should’ve been in the top four!

She was okay; not that special, but I think it was more like she was young and still wanted to explore more than be a full-time model.
July 3, 2011 at 10:06 pm
She was 20 at the time of the show.

SHE WASN’T DIFFICULT AT ALL.

She’s so funny and cute and innocent and I think one of the most memorable contestants in the history of ANTM. I love her!
i don’t like Amanda as much as i want to; she’s always trying to use her disability and the fact tat shes poor to get sympathy and Yaya too, she’s too stuck up! Eva was very misunderstood and she was actually nice!

Now, I just want to ask this. Are you married or single? I don’t want to ruin your feelings.

I’m single… oh you weren’t asking me?

At casting did norelle say that she has and evil stepmother. I also think she looks like anya on degrassi. Wish it was her and eva in the top two.

Ann should have gone home. I absolutely hated her. Norelle was SO much better.
