Katie Cleary was a contestant on Cycle 1 of ANTM.
The then 21-year-old from Glenview, Illinois was a student during her appearance on America’s Next Top Model. While studying in high school, Katie took on small modeling jobs in Chicago. After graduating, she took advantage of a track scholarship and attended a Liberal Arts College in Wisconsin, where she graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing. In 2004, Katie worked as a real estate agent and eventually took some acting classes in the hopes of developing her craft. After her brief stint in America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 1, she went on to work in big films like “The Break Up” and “The Lake House.”
As a finalist on America’s Next Top Model, Cycle 1, Katie was criticized for appearing too sexual in her photos. The second challenge called for another swimwear photo shoot, this time for Stuff Magazine. Katie was the second to be eliminated because the judges felt her sexual appeal was detrimental for her career as a model.
After Top Model, Clearly appeared in movies such as The Break Up and The Lake House. She was also a model on Deal or No Deal. She currently holds case number 11 permanently to replace Jill Manas who moved to case number 12.
Katie has also hosted such shows as: E! News Now, TV Guide, “Ripe Live”, and co-hosted the show “Get Out” appearing on HDTV. Katie has also appeared on Larry King Live and talked about her experiance working on “Deal or no Deal.”
She’s appeared in a national commercials for Chandon Champagne, Emerald Nuts, Black Magic, and her newest commercial for the new AT&T “LG” phone appearing with Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad from “The Hills.” Additionally, Katie appeared in a print campaign for Epson printers and starred in CSI NY.
In 2009, Katie became engaged to a gentleman she met on Matchmaker Millionaire, a TV show that helps millionaires find love. Her and her new fiance recently became a success story on the show.

I really liked her. She was eliminated way too early. I think that she has something special.

She is in a bunch of commercials and tv shows now. I have recognized her in a Proactive ad, Deal or No Deal, and Tosh.0!
